Job summary

Hertz is hiring a Mobility Specialist to serve Lyft and Uber drivers, delivering the fastest, easiest rental car experience and acting as a brand ambassador. You will assist with reservations, process rentals, ensure vehicles are clean and ready, and handle inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber programs.

In a fast-paced environment, you will provide helpful customer service, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure vehicles are ready for pick-up, including inspections and fuel checks.

• Provide friendly customer service to enhance the rental experience.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by engaging customers after inquiries.
