Responsibilities

• Facilitate the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft/Uber drivers.
• Assist customers with creating reservations, processing rentals and ensuring clean, safe vehicles.
• Handle post-rental inquiries involving rentals and billing.
• Provide helpful customer service to enhance the rental experience.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, requirements, billing, and extensions.
• Communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program procedures clearly.
• Maximize revenue by identifying additional opportunities after customer inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup and inspect for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels.
