Job summary

Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Mobility Specialist to serve as a brand ambassador for Lyft and Uber drivers, delivering the fastest and most valued rental car experience.

You will facilitate reservations, process rentals, prep vehicles, and answer questions about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and dependable service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficiencies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering helpful customer service.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related procedures.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by engaging customers after inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including damage checks, cleaning, refueling and fluid checks.
