Job summary

Hertz Mobility Specialist, TNC is a critical team member delivering the fastest, easiest rental car experience to Lyft/Uber drivers in Norfolk. You will help create reservations, process rentals, and ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for pickup, while handling post-rental questions and billing inquiries.

In this role, you will communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program details, strive to maximize revenue, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation and processing rentals.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customer pick-up.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries involving rental and billing processes.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and related topics.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Support customers throughout the rental experience with professionalism and efficiency.
