Responsibilities include reservations, processing rentals, vehicle prep, and handling inquiries about rental programs and billing. The role emphasizes professional service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Professional and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental reservations, processing rentals, and vehicle prep.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance rental experience.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, billing, extensions, and related topics.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling after inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer pickup.
