You will help customers with reservations, rentals, and billing, ensuring vehicles are clean and ready, while answering program questions and pursuing additional revenue opportunities.

• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue by confidently discussing additional services after inquiries.
