Hertz is hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to support the rideshare program for Lyft and Uber drivers. You will guide customers from reservation to vehicle delivery, answer program questions, assist with billing and extensions, and resolve issues with a focus on excellent service.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, teamwork, and adapting to a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career growth within a globally recognized brand.

Formación

• At least 20 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with technology and computer systems.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the rental process from reservation to vehicle delivery.
• Answer questions about Hertz, Lyft, and Uber rental programs.
• Assist customers with billing, rental extensions, roadside assistance, and account inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
• Promote program benefits and identify opportunities to maximize business growth.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup by inspecting, fueling, cleaning, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Support branch operations to create a smooth, efficient rental experience.
