Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Computer literate and detailed orientated

Responsabilités

• Facilitate rental reservations, process rentals and ensure clean, safe vehicles for customers.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries related to rental and billing processes.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by upselling after customer inquiries.
