Job summary

The Mobility Specialist at Hertz Local Edition is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering the fastest, easiest rental experience to Lyft and Uber drivers in the Pittsburgh area. The position pays $17.50 per hour and involves assisting customers with reservations, processing rentals, and ensuring vehicle readiness.

You will handle post-rental inquiries, provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, and communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program details to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers.
• Assist customers with post rental inquiries that involve the rental and billing process.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, rental car extensions, roadside assistance questions and more.
• Maximize revenue opportunities with customers by actively soliciting business after customer inquiry by overcoming customer objections.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including checking vehicles for damage, cleaning interior and exterior, filling gasoline tanks and checking fluids.
