Hertz is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Service Specialist (TNC) to support Lyft and Uber drivers with rental services, from vehicle pick-up to ongoing support.

You will blend frontline customer service with sales support and operations to deliver a fast, professional rental experience while contributing to location performance goals. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional rental experience by assisting customers throughout the rental process.
• Create reservations, process vehicle rentals, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup.
• Assist customers with rental extensions, billing inquiries, roadside assistance questions, and post-rental support needs.
