Hertz Local Edition in Yonkers seeks a Sales and Service Specialist, TNC to deliver fast, easy rental experiences for Lyft/Uber drivers. As a brand ambassador, you’ll handle reservations, rentals, and vehicle prep for pickup and return.

This role requires 20+ years of age, valid driver's license, and strong communication with flexible shifts including weekends. You’ll support the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and incentives tied to performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental reservations, processing rentals, and vehicle prep.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the rental experience.
• Answer inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and billing.
• Maximize revenue by soliciting additional business after inquiries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup.
• Check vehicles for damage and perform post-rental support.
• Assist with special administrative projects as needed.
