Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to cover Fort Worth, Arlington and Tyler markets. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes while driving demand.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data and insights to execute strategic territory plans, meet sales goals, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory.
