Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales in the Fort Worth, Arlington, and Tyler markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, a strong Rheumatology background, and a track record of high performance. Includes comprehensive benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution against objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights to drive performance.
