Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Dallas, Richardson and Garland markets. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to improve patient access and outcomes.

This field-based role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and a patient-first mindset to deliver on business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective-driven results.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• BS or BA degree required; candidates must reside in assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, specialty pharmacy and infusion providers.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
