Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across El Paso, Amarillo, and Lubbock, TX. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution against objectives
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Product launch experience preferred; reside in assigned market/territory (#LI-Remote)

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
