Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Fort Worth, Arlington and Tyler, TX. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with clinicians and infusion providers, and use data insights to optimize performance.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, strong collaboration skills, and a track record of exceeding objectives in a dynamic environment. Remote-friendly within assigned markets and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and successful execution against business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Demonstrate data-driven decision making and CRM activity to maximize impact.
• Demonstrate ownership of business results with accountability across the territory.
