Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers across Fort Worth–Arlington–Tyler markets in Texas.

You will develop strategic territory plans, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of top sales performance and meeting business objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory/account strategies.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions for customer engagement
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Consistently achieve sales objectives with integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time
• Take ownership of business results and proactively address challenges
• Listen to customers, patients, caregivers, and colleagues to better serve the community
