Job summary

argenx SE seeks a Field Territory Business Manager (TBM) to lead strategic sales initiatives across PA markets, engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers. You will drive access strategies, partner with internal teams, and deliver patient-focused outcomes within a dynamic biotech landscape.

The role requires strong clinical and market access acumen, 5+ years in specialty/rare disease sales, and a track record of launching products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies
• Launch experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights
• Collaborate across regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and timely
