Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Pittsburgh, Erie, and Johnstown, PA markets. The TBM will build trusted relationships with physicians, academic centers, and specialty pharmacies to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will travel within the territory, develop account plans, and use data-driven insights to drive regional performance. Reporting to the Business Leader, this role offers a base salary in the posted US range with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance against objectives.
• Bachelor's degree required; candidates must reside within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and improving customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.

• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
