Job summary

Argenx is hiring a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive Rheumatology demand in Philadelphia and surrounding PA markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will work with regional colleagues and field-based teams, leveraging data-driven insights and a patient-first mindset to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and improving customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy, and infusion providers.
• Use data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Aim to exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
