Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to drive demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers in the Harrisburg area. The role supports patient access and outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The TBM will leverage data-driven insights and a patient-first mindset to deliver on business objectives, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
Strong Rheumatology experience preferred.
BS/BA degree required.
Residence within assigned market.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
Demonstrate Innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
Achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
Take ownership of business results and address challenges proactively.
Listen to customers and patients to better serve the community.
Adhere to all compliance policies and messaging.
