Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay, WI. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The TBM will collaborate with internal and field colleagues, use data-driven insights, and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver on business objectives while adhering to compliance policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Significant Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to develop territory and account plans.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and providers.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes.
• Submit CRM activity accurately and on time.
