Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology-focused demand generation across Kansas City, CO Springs, and Wichita markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The TBM will leverage data-driven insights, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver on business objectives while adhering to compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• BS/BA degree; reside in assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Demonstrate Innovation and Co-Creation to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with HCPs, academic institutions, specialty pharmacy and infusion providers.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time; comply with policies.
