Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead rheumatology sales in the San Jose, Oakland and Berkeley, CA markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers, driving demand and patient access through data-driven territory plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a complex landscape.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights.
• Demonstrate innovative and co-creative approaches to improve engagement and patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Submit accurate CRM activity and account plans in a timely manner.
