Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales
• Rheumatology sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Product launch experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute territory/account plans leveraging insights to drive performance
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and providers
• Apply data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time
• Demonstrate ownership and collaboration across regional teams
