Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales in the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Pasadena markets. You will build strategic territory plans, engage clinicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, proven performance, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks in a dynamic environment. Remote-friendly position in the US with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and executing against business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience and alignment with company pillars: Innovation, Co-Creation, Empowerment, Excellence, Humility.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Engage customers in person and virtually, driving demand and access.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time; meet sales targets.
