Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across San Francisco, Stockton, and Honolulu. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers, delivering on business objectives while ensuring compliance and patient access.

A minimum of 5 years in specialty sales and a Bachelor’s degree are required. You will report to the Business Leader and collaborate with regional colleagues to execute strategic territory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance and meeting business objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights.
• Build productive relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and providers to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate ownership and drive to exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
