argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales within Richmond, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers while leveraging data-driven insights to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, a B.S./B.A. degree, and residency within the assigned market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
• Product launch experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) required
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory
