Job summary

argenx US is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across Charleston, WV, and Roanoke, VA markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes, reporting to the Business Leader.

The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces accountability, and uses data-driven insights to deliver against business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting/exceeding objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely.
• Take ownership of business results and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
