Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Kalamazoo markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes, while collaborating with regional colleagues.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, a strong track record of success, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex healthcare settings.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using data and insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for territory performance.
