Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead Rheumatology sales across Detroit, Ann Arbor and Warren, Michigan. The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

Candidates should have 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, strong business and market access acumen, and a track record of exceeding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel within the territory and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography and beyond to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights.
• Demonstrate innovation and co-creation with cross-functional partners to deliver value.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, specialty pharmacy and infusion providers.
• Apply data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
