argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead Rheumatology-focused sales across the Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Kalamazoo markets in Indiana. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, with strong Rheumatology exposure preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives across a defined territory.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market insights to drive performance.
