Job summary

argenx SE seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand across Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Flint, MI. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners, using data-driven insights to exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Demonstrate innovation to improve customer engagement and patient outcomes.
