Job summary

argenx SE seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology sales in Cleveland and surrounding Ohio markets. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers to improve patient access and outcomes while aligning with regional teams to hit strategic goals.

You will lead account plans, use data insights, and navigate payor environments with a patient-first mindset, delivering value for patients, providers, and argenx.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a complex market.
• Strong planning, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans using market insights.
• Build relationships with HCPs, academic centers, and infusion providers.
• Leverage data and approved resources to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to deliver patient value.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans accurately and on time.
