Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand within the Rheumatology space across Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, and Covington, KY. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will develop strategic territory plans, leverage data-driven insights, and partner with regional teams to exceed sales objectives while upholding the highest compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Aligned with argenx Cultural Pillars.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans based on data and insights.
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to improve engagement and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate ownership of business results and address challenges proactively.
• Listen to customers and patients to continuously improve the patient journey.
