Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a motivated Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty providers in Ohio. This role emphasizes data-driven territory management and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will partner with internal teams to execute strategic plans, deliver on sales objectives, and uphold compliance while navigating a dynamic biotech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective execution.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to a rapidly evolving environment and product launches.
