Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology across Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will use data-driven insights, develop strategic territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while keeping compliance and integrity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales.
• Proven track record of high sales and objective attainment.
• Experience planning and executing territory strategies.
• B.S. or B.A. degree and residency in assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using market insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academicians, and infusion providers.
• Achieve sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans on time.
