Job summary

Argenx is hiring a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for the New Orleans area (New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, LA). The TBM will drive demand generation in rheumatology, build trusted relationships with HCPs, academic institutions, and specialty providers, and improve patient access and outcomes.

This role requires a collaborative, data-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic biotech environment, reports to the Business Leader, and travels within the territory to meet business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute territory/account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Submit CRM activity accurately and on time and maintain data integrity.
