Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology for the Los Angeles, Long Beach and Pasadena, CA markets. The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights to drive performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
