argenx is expanding its field team in the Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA region. We seek a Territory Business Manager who will drive demand for rheumatology therapies, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and improve patient access and outcomes.

You will work with internal and field teams, leveraging data-driven insights to meeting business objectives, and report to the Business Leader.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, with proven sales performance.
• Strong Rheumatology exposure and understanding of market access dynamics.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and improving customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges proactively.
• Listen to customers, patients, caregivers, and colleagues to improve service.
