argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role covers Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach in SC, requiring travel and cross-functional collaboration, with reporting to the Business Leader and alignment to argenx pillars of Innovation, Co-Creation, Empowerment, Excellence, and Humility.

Competenze

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; Rheumatology exp. preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in rapidly evolving environments; product launch exp. is a plus.
