This role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, with Rheumatology experience preferred, and residence in the assigned market. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are integral to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales with Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective achievement.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Must reside within the assigned market/territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights.
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to reach shared goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and specialty providers.

• Consistently achieve sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
