argenx is hiring a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager for the Pittsburgh, Erie, and Johnstown markets in the US. The role focuses on driving demand, building clinician relationships, and improving patient access within a dynamic biotech setting.

The TBM will partner with internal teams to leverage data-driven insights, execute strategic plans, and deliver on business objectives while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant, demonstrated Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using insights to drive performance
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to deliver value
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers
• Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Meet or exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges proactively
• Listen to customers, patients, and colleagues to improve the patient journey
