Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology sales in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Edmond. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will work with field-based colleagues to develop data-driven territory plans and deliver on business objectives while upholding our compliance standards and patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance against objectives.
• Willingness to travel within territory and deliver territory plans.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Demonstrate innovation to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.

• Submit account plans and CRM activity on time.
