Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience, with Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strategic territory and account plans using market insights.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in achieving sales objectives and building relationships with health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer and market insights.
• Demonstrate Innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers.
• Utilize data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
