argenx is a biotech company focused on immunology, with VYVGART as a flagship therapy. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive demand generation in Rheumatology, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and provider networks to improve patient access and outcomes.

The TBM will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with internal and field teams to deliver business objectives in the assigned geography, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution against objectives.
• Ability to develop and execute territory/account strategies and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and infusion providers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding integrity and compliance.
