Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to lead demand generation in Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes, while delivering growth for argenx’s rheumatology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Product launch experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory.
