Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology-focused demand in the Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa area. The TBM will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with rheumatology experience and a track record of high performance.

A B.S./B.A. degree is required, and residents must be within the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales with rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
