Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Demonstrated shift management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop staff to standard certifications.
• Solid understanding of cost controls including food, labor, and controllables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall unit operations to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses per company guidelines and budgets.
• Maintain adequate staffing across all shifts and day parts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GM.
• Hire new crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers as needed.
• Coach and develop team to meet certifications and performance levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local/federal regulations.
• Ensure safe restaurant environment and report maintenance needs.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
