Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single Taco Bell unit, ensuring profitable operations with high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and product quality.

The RGM will train employees, supervise staff, manage guest service, and model exemplary behavior on the job. Responsibilities include controlling costs, staffing, performance appraisals, hiring, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible hours and all shifts availability.
• Strong math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing across all days and parts.
• Conduct crew, shift manager and assistant GM performance appraisals.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders and AGMs.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain a safe restaurant environment.
• Provide feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Handle cash and money when required.
